Order Processing

We process orders daily and try to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Our average processing time is 1 working day. Our working days are Mon - Fri.

Shipping Policies

Please allow for 1-4 business days for your package to arrive. We try our best to deliver on time, but ask for your understanding on surge days (double digit sales. etc.) due to higher volume of orders.

Occasionally, your parcel might be temporarily in transit within a sorting center, resulting in longer waits. Failed pickups may be due to area courier missing pickup and high volume for the day.

Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, all masks are non-returnable.

Do contact us at hello@7amlab.coif you received a faulty item and we will assist you accordingly.

Due to the current high demand, we will try our best to reply to your inquiries within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your inquiry. Thank you very much for your patience. 

For approved returns:

1. Ensure that items are kept for a refund
2. Item has to be wrapped safely in 2 layers of bubble wrap or alternative padding and take a photo of this prior to shipment
3. Reach out to us for arranging of refund at hello@7amlab.com
4. Our staff will arrange a pickup from you for items 
5. For non-faulty items as well as other reasons that fall outside usual return policy, a 20% restocking fee will apply
6. These may include reasons such as, but not exhaustive of - minor cosmetics defects, suspected counterfeit and others.

We will check the returned items prior to giving a refund.
