Our items are 100% authentic. We source products from direct suppliers only.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery occurs in 1-4 business days for 90% of deliveries. We send your parcel as quickly as possible. However, upon drop off, the delivery speed lies with the courier. This does not apply on surge days (double digit sale days) due to higher volume of orders.
Occasionally, your parcel might be temporarily in transit within a sorting center, resulting in longer waits. Failed pickups may be due to area couriers missing pickup and high volume for the day.
When will you restock the item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to give you an approximate timeline but please check back regularly as we will be restocking as soon as items are available.
Can I self-collect my order instead?
Due to warehousing constraints and to reduce COVID-19 risk, self-collection is not available. This is our own company rule for business continuity.
Are the items brand new?
We keep stock of our products regularly. We assure you all items are new and have the longest expiry date available in the market.
How can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We usually allow customers for change prior to processing. However, as items have been processed and packed by warehouse crew and due to the large number of orders we have in a day, it is difficult to pull out the single order and change due to multiple platforms that we are present on.
As such, we apologise for this inconvenience about being unable to facilitate a change.
Why haven't I received my order?
Have you checked your tracking information? Please make sure to check your surrounding area and with your neighbours. If you’re unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to our customer support so that we can help coordinate with the logistic provider.
How do I return my damaged/defective item?
Please send us a message to assess the product issue and we can then advise on how to return the item to us for our refund processing. Please do not discard any packaging or boxes if you wish to have a refund. The time taken for product pickup is usually the day after next. We process the refund once we have received the item.

How do I know if my order has been received?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Do you ship beyond Singapore?
We're constantly working on supporting more regions. We have expanded coverage to Malaysia, however shipping fee has to be borne by customers.
Is it safe for pregnant mothers/breastfeeding people?
While each ingredient in our products has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, we highly recommend consulting with your physician first.
